How to cancel a purchase immediately

Please note that we do not charge your credit card until your item has been shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel an order before this, please contact our customer service immediately and we will try to stop the parcel before dispatch. We usually ship the same day. If you wish to cancel an order, please send an email to our customer service with the subject “Cancellation” and your order number so we can correctly assign your request.

Due to our fast shipping process, we cannot guarantee cancellation in time for every order. We will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 14 days.

We refund correctly returned items

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 calendar days of receipt.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, sealed, unopened, unused and undamaged (where applicable), and must be fit for resale.

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service via email first (click here). Without prior communication we cannot guarantee a refund.

Return shipping costs paid by the customer are not refundable.

Handling damaged items

If the product is damaged, we will gladly send you a replacement. Please contact our customer service and send photos of the packaging and included products. If the parcel is visibly damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery immediately and contact us. Claims for damaged items must be made within 14 days of delivery.

How to receive a refund

Upon receiving and checking your return, our customer service team will contact you to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before refunds are credited. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team.

Gifts & promotions

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for free gifts or promotional items that were supplied at no cost.
